Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities will include creating and implementing tools and processes that facilitate technical support for our customers' daily needs, directing internal and external customer queries and requests to the appropriate resources within the organization, and overseeing the You Make Byrne customer segment and the team responsible for customer relations.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Job Requirements:
oCreate and implement tools and processes that facilitate technical support for our customers' daily needs.
oDirect internal and external customer queries and requests to the appropriate resources within the organization.
oDeliver superior product application and field support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
oOversee the You Make Byrne customer segment and the team responsible for customer relations.
oEnsure that customer support aligns with the specific customer segmentation.
oManage the timing, location, and manner in which customers transition from leads to assigned accounts.
oProvide recommendations for how leads should be assigned to Sales and Customer Relations resources.
oManage customer accounts periodically.
oCarry out management responsibilities in accordance with BYRNE's policies and procedures.
oPerform additional responsibilities as required including but not limited to:
interviewing, training, planning and assigning work, and handling project work as assigned.
oAll other duties as assigned.
Experience and General Skills Required:
oMinimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
oStrong communication skills, including writing and verbal communication.
oProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
oExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
oAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
oHighly proficient computer skills, including expertise in MS Excel and Word.
oDemonstrable ability to multitask effectively in an environment requiring patience and flexibility.
Education Requirements:
oBachelor's degree in related field is highly preferred.
