SummaryReporting to the Sr.
Director of FP&A, this role will be an influential individual contributor within the corporate FP&A team and a strategic business partner for the brand and divisional finance leaders, and corporate accounting team.
The position will drive organizational success by using their advanced analytic capabilities to present and explain complex financial information, including modeling and scenario analysis of consolidated financials and creation of presentation materials for executive leadership.
In addition, this role will play a critical role in coordinating and consolidating the company's annual operating plan and quarterly financial forecast.

Job Description Manage and consolidate complex financials while maintaining flexibility in a fast-pasted environment in order to meet business requests and deadlines Coordinate and drive the annual plan, and quarterly forecast processes, continuously evolving the process to meet changing business needs and best practices Provide support to Sr Director of Financial Planning & Analysis by creating insightful and actionable analysis on the company's various business units Participate in the development and enhancement of financial reports and KPI dashboards that will improve management's ability to evaluate key assumptions, trends, and changes Interpret, analyze and articulate complex financial information in order to be a liaison between FP&A and the business Analyze performance metrics and cost/benefit analysis related to working capital management and ensure continuous progress towards profitability metrics Work to improve global usage of the Company's planning systems including enhancing models and input forms for efficiency, identifying areas of opportunity to optimize forecast accuracy, process documentation, and user training Develop clear and concise presentations and supporting materials for CFO presentations Engage in regular dialogue with divisional counterparts to gain an understanding of issues priorities and increase corporate visibility to performance Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 10
years' experience in accounting and finance Experience in corporate FP&A at a large multi-division company strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience; CPA preferred Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, and PowerBI preferred Knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting, business strategy, markets, and risks Highly organized and experienced with cross functional project management & coordination Versatile and professional communication skills and strong presentation skills Enjoys problem solving by diving into detailed root cause analysis to drive business results Advanced analytical capabilities and a track record of proposing and executing on clear action steps Experience producing analysis that's easily consumable by senior executives Ability to master systems, analytical tools, and complex datasets #LI-MM1 #LI-HybridThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required.
