Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Document each customer contact in agency system.
Other assigned task.
Requirements Current and active MI Insurance Licenses (not required, but beneficial) Minimum of 3 years experience working in an Insurance agency or brokerage Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable using technology and able to learn to use new programs and Apps.
