This position is for an experienced automotive Sales Associate with the drive and ability to become a product specialist and the interpersonal skills to build a loyal clientele.
We are looking for a genuinely positive person with a strong work ethic with at least 1 year of automotive sales experience who has the following qualities/abilities:
Attention to detail Team-oriented attitude Enthusiastic people-person Good listening skills Effective communication skills Quick-learning self-starter Ability to follow directions but also take initiative when needed Appreciation for the Stellantis brands:
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram is a bonus! Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greet customers on the lot, engage them, and guide them through the sales process Work cooperatively and assist other sales professionals as needed and appropriate Learn, practice, and master sales processes as determined by management Prepare documents legibly and completely Learn and regularly review vehicles and their unique features to demonstrate to customers in person and through social media Work with the Business Development Department to develop your sales brand Follow rules both corporate and legal Walk the lot to check vehicles and report any problems to management Communicate regularly with current, prior, and prospective customers with the goal of developing strong long-term relationships Be open and available for community events as a positive representative of the dealership Requirements:
Valid driver's license Available some evenings and Saturdays 1 year of sales experience (automotive sales experience preferred) Job Type:
