The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of retail marketing programs that support growth and revenue goals across both digital and physical retail environments. Primary Duties Manage the rollout of retail strategies through branded marketing programming (digital, in-store POS), from concept to execution, that reinforce brand identity and meet established revenue targets, budgets and timelines. Lead retailer digital marketing executions and performance tracking Lead retail shop in shop programming, execution and performance tracking including fixturing and all creation/distribution of POS materials Lead brick and mortar Wolverine Store development in conjunction with our creative leads Lead Trade Show strategy and execution Lead Global Brand Conference strategy and execution Manage Total Brand retail budgets Provide key support for international customer relationship management and brand sales Collaborate with Merchandising, Design and Marketing teams in the pre-season process to create effective digital and in-store strategies for seasonal assortment. Manage, prioritize, and drive projects to meet master calendar timelines. Set clear objectives and expectations to ensure excellent operational standards for the brand. Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. 5
years of related experience in retail/wholesale marketing In-depth trade show and shop in shop program management/execution International sales and marketing experience preferred Proven track record and demonstrated success in retail merchandising roles, working closely with product/merchant and marketing teams. Creative and highly innovative thinker with a willingness to push boundaries and a strong understanding of the customer and how retail marketing supports the customer experience. Demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting. Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment. Some travel may be required. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
