General Function This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manger and is responsible for partnering with hiring managers across the business to identify key recruiting needs and to utilize modern, effective recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent. Primary Duties Leverage online recruiting sources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit top talent. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge related to position requirements. Manage the entire recruiting life cycle for assigned requisitions from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring to ensure high quality hires and compliance with policies and procedures. Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based upon Wolverine's hiring processes. Present and negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits information. Maintain a broad pipeline of talented candidates through effective sourcing techniques. Manage relationships with preferred contract workforce vendors, negotiate contracts, fill openings, process billing and invoicing. Attend college career fairs, employment fairs and other recruitment functions. Performing duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience. 5 years experience working in a large corporate, retained or contingent search agency. Experience recruiting for technical positions (ie., Information Technology, Accounting, etc.) Experience and demonstrated positive results in direct sourcing and cold call recruitment preferred Strong background and knowledge in all recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal and relationship management. Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment. Strong computer skills and experience working within an applicant tracking system preferred. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as the public. Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective presentation skills. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
