The VP Global Distribution & Logistics is responsible for developing the Company's Global Distribution & Logistics strategies, processes and standards and ensuring implementation of these internally and across all outsourced partners; including managing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high quality and best-in-class optimization of speed, cost, fulfillment level and agility while driving visibility and continuously improving processes, delivered in the most cost-effective manner. This position could be located near any of our US based locations - Grand Rapids, MI; Beaumont, CA; Louisville, KY. Primary Duties Manages the Company's Global Distribution & Logistics teams. Review processes to drive out process time/cost and duplication of effort, cross train to build depth of knowledge to support on-going continuous improvement efforts, seeking opportunities to integrate activities and deploy technology to improve agility and speed-to-market capabilities. Develop ecommerce and drop ship fulfillment strategy, objectives, standards and processes. Manage ongoing relationships with outsourced partners. Develop ongoing metrics to improve speed quality and process. Assists in defining logistics and distribution models and select partners. Manage the Europe Distribution (Italy and UK) third-party providers. Manage Customs Compliance, Bonded sites and Foreign Trade Zones with the goals of maintaining and continuously improving compliance and security while working collaboratively with internal customers and Global Customs officials to minimize total cost and facilitate speed in the supply chain; making compliance a competitive advantage in the market place. Leverage detailed analysis to identify operational factors with the greatest impact on cost, speed, fulfillment level, agility and process efficiency. Plan, develop and control the distribution budget. Work with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive cost reductions through negotiations, benchmarking and other continuous improvement efforts. Actively monitor and report channel and end-user customer satisfaction with on time delivery, quality, and cost management. Establish and maintain Distribution Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting internally and company-wide, including but not limited to - units per hour, cost per unit, ecom ticket to ship, etc. Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred 10
years work experience in Logistics and Distribution, including experience in managing outsourced distribution and logistics partnerships. Proven leadership skills with at least 8 years' experience in leading a team. Strong analytic skills and the ability to break down complex business problems to find solutions. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems - Manhattan WMS preferred Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to select, develop, and lead a team to higher levels of performance. Strong general business, financial acumen and management skills. Excellent project management, communication, mentoring and teamwork skills. PMP certification preferred Experience in leading cross-functional efforts within a fast-moving organization. Ability to effectively manage and influence vendors and third-party distribution providers. Strong communications (written, verbal and presentations) skills across all levels of the organization and with 3rd party partners. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment. Extensive domestic and international travel required. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
